Are you accepting new clients?

I am committed to providing the personalized, one-on-one care you deserve, so I do limit the number of clients seen each week,  in order to ensure adequate time to address your individual circumstances and needs.  Currently,  I am accepting a limited number of new clients. 

Do you take insurance? 

Please read more about the risks and benefits of using insurance to cover your mental health care needs.  I do take many insurances and I also offer a private pay alternative for those who do not wish to use their insurance. Please feel free to contact me with any specific insurance questions you have.

How long are the sessions, how often will we meet and how long will my counseling process take?

The best progress is made by those clients who commit to meeting weekly for 60 minute sessions, but ultimately the frequency with which you attend sessions is up to you.  How often you attend sessions, your readiness to make changes, and your unique needs and circumstances will all affect how long your process will take.

What days and times can I schedule sessions?

Daytime appointments are available Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays in New London and Thursdays in Appleton, and evening appointments are available Mondays in New London. 

What are the fees for your counseling services? 

When Using Insurance

I have standard set fees for my counseling services, but the amount you pay will depend greatly upon your specific insurance coverage.  As a service to you, I will be happy to check into the details of your particular coverage, prior to our first session together.   

Private Pay Option

Many clients prefer not to use their insurance; I encourage you to read more about the risks and benefits of using insurance so you are fully informed before making your decision.  I do have a private pay option available; please contact me for more information about this. 

I accept cash, checks or credit cards and all fees (co-pays, co-insurances or deductible payments) are due at the time of each session. 

Where are you located?

I have two office locations for your convenience.  My main office is located 15 miles south of New London, approximately 30 minutes from Appleton, Oshkosh, and Waupaca at E8172 Cut-off Road, New London, WI 54961.   I also see clients in Appleton at 4650 W.
